Hood Warfare 2 Unreleased Content: Maps, Modes & Weapons

Datamined Hood Warfare 2 content that is in the build but not in the game: the Supermarket and The Strip maps, the Rush mode and an unused UAV streak.

What unreleased content is in Hood Warfare 2?

Two maps, one mode and one killstreak. Supermarket and The Strip each have their own minimap art, lighting and full mode-combination data, the mode Rush has its own HUD widget and objective actor, and a UAV appears in the reward system. None of them can be selected in the retail build.

How do we know these maps exist?

Because they are built exactly like the shipped ones. Downtown, Suburbs, The Trenches and Chicago Mall each have a minimap material, a set of per-mode assets and environment art in the build — and Supermarket and The Strip have the same set, made the same way, with all six modes assigned to each.

What is the Rush mode?

It is a seventh mode with its own HUD, objective actor and minimap art, tied to The Strip in the build’s mode-combination data. The game’s own mode-name table includes it next to the six public modes, which is why it looks like a genuine mode rather than a leftover tag.

What would Rush play like?

There is not enough in the build to say. It has an objective actor and a minimap, which rules out a pure deathmatch — but the mode’s win condition is not stored in any readable text, so this page will not guess at one.

What is the UAV killstreak?

The reward system includes both UAV ONLINE and UAV DESTROYED, meaning a UAV streak and a way to shoot one down were wired into scoring. It does not appear on the retail killstreak list alongside Drive By, Homies, Cluster Strike, Claymore and Suicide Bomb, so you cannot equip it today.

Should I expect this content in an update?

Unknown. The developer’s launch post says “Stay tuned for updates as many will be comin soon” but publishes no roadmap, so there is no way to tell whether this content is nearly finished, parked, or abandoned. Watch the official Steam announcements for anything concrete.

Where do I go next?

The shipped map pool and the six live modes are the content you can actually play today, and the patch notes page tracks the updates that might change that.
